These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the services we provide to clients. That relationship is covered by a signed agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

Articles, assessments, calculators, and guidance on this site are general information. They are not legal advice, not compliance advice, and not a substitute for an examination of your specific circumstances.

The self-assessment produces an indicative score from answers you supply about your own business. It is not an audit, it does not constitute a security assessment, and a good score is not evidence of anything to an insurer, regulator, or client.

Pricing shown here is indicative

We publish real figures because we think it is more useful than hiding them. They remain estimates. The pricing calculator produces a range based on what you enter; an actual quote follows an assessment and may differ. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Emergency guidance

Our guidance for businesses under active attack is provided in good faith as general first-response advice. Every incident differs. Following it does not create a professional relationship between us, and it is not a substitute for your insurer's approved incident response process, which, in most policies, you are required to use.
