Sentry Connect
One fewer vendor to chase.
Business phone service that works in the office, at home, on a job site, and on a mobile, managed by the same people who manage everything else, so nobody gets to blame anybody else.
Why we offer this at all
Phone systems are not the most interesting thing we do. We offer them for a boring and genuinely useful reason: when your phones, your network, and your computers are handled by three different companies, every problem starts with an argument about whose fault it is.
When a call drops, is that the phone provider, the internet connection, or the firewall? If we manage all three, that question takes ten minutes instead of a week of forwarded emails.
Most clients add this at renewal rather than at the start, once their existing contract ends. There is no urgency to it, and we will tell you if your current system is fine.
What it does
The parts that actually matter.
Works anywhere
Desk phone, laptop, or mobile app, with the same number and the same extension. People calling you cannot tell where anyone is, which is usually the point.
Keeps your numbers
Existing numbers port across. This is the part clients worry about most and it is almost always straightforward.
Call routing that fits
Ring groups, hunt lists, out-of-hours handling, and voicemail delivered to email so nothing sits in a box nobody checks.
Video and messaging
Meetings and internal chat in the same system, so you are not paying separately for something you already have.
Hardware if you want it
Desk phones, cordless handsets, conference units, and headsets, or none of it, if everyone is happy on laptops.
Managed by us
Changes, new extensions, and departures handled as part of the same support relationship. No separate portal, no separate vendor to call.
Pricing
Voice is priced per user per month and depends on which tier you need and whether you want hardware. It is a smaller number than you are probably expecting, the meaningful variable is handsets, not the service.
We quote it alongside Sentry Protect rather than separately, because the savings usually come from consolidating vendors rather than from the line item itself.
If your current phone contract has time left on it, keep it. We will note the renewal date and raise it when it is actually relevant. Nobody should pay two providers at once for our convenience.
The next step
Worth a conversation at renewal.
Tell us what you have now and when the contract ends. We will tell you whether moving is worth it, and if it is not, we will say so.
No pitch on the first call. If we are not a fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
