Sentry CTO was founded in Prescott in 2017 by someone who grew up here. We still are a Prescott company, and we work with businesses throughout the state.
Here is the part most providers are vague about. Day-to-day support and security monitoring are remote, and remote is faster than a van in traffic. Distance only matters for the work that genuinely needs someone in the building: assessment interviews, the leadership briefing, equipment rollouts, and the rare day when something is badly wrong.

Our home ground. On-site the same day when something warrants it, and in person for assessments and briefings as a matter of course.

Remote first, on-site scheduled
Everything that can be done remotely is, which is the overwhelming majority of it. Assessments, briefings, and rollouts are planned visits rather than emergency drives, and we say so before you sign rather than after.
Not on the list? The list is not a boundary. If your team is largely remote anyway, geography matters less than whether we are the right fit, which is a better question to start with.
Distance is not the constraint

One client has no central office at all. Their people are spread across Arizona and California, and they get the same service as a client down the road from us. Nothing about our delivery assumes everyone is in one building.

Another client runs three locations here plus staff in the United States, the United Kingdom, and China. We support all of it: time zones, travelling users, and the access controls that come with a workforce spread that wide.
