We ask what prompted you to look

There is usually an event behind it. That tells us more than any questionnaire.

We ask how big you are

How many people touch company systems, how many computers and servers, and what is already in place.

We tell you what we would do

Sometimes that is an assessment. Sometimes it is two things you can fix yourself this week.

Then you decide

This is a real decision about your business, and there are three honest answers. All of them are fine with us.

Keep talking: There is enough here to scope an assessment properly. We agree what it would cover and what it would cost, in writing, before you commit to anything.
Start an assessment: You already know enough. We agree the real user count, put the price in writing, and book a start date.
Do nothing, for now: A completely legitimate answer. Sometimes your current arrangement is adequate, or the timing is wrong. We will say so plainly, and tell you what would change our answer.

Not ready to talk? That is completely reasonable. The self-assessment and the pricing page answer most of what we would cover anyway.
